Prayer can feel overwhelming when you're not sure where to start or worry you're leaving something out. The ACTS model gives you a natural framework that moves through four essential movements of prayer — not as a rigid formula, but as a gentle guide that helps you pray with both heart and intention.

It works for beginners and lifelong pray-ers alike. You can spend five minutes on it or fifty. The structure stays the same. The depth grows with you.

What happens when you don't feel anything?

Prayer is about the relationship, and relationships take work! It is not measured by emotion or having some massive epiphany after you pray. Consistency matters more than feelings, communication and participation in your relationship with God. Silence is not the same thing as absence. Please keep praying and know that you are heard.
