We'll walk through why we do this, how our process actually works day to day, and the tips and tricks we've picked up along the way — including real stories from real coffee shop conversations.

A note on chapters: we're not set up to open chapters at this time. What we are glad to do is give you everything — our story, our process, our lessons learned — so you can run your own version of this in your own community, independent of us. That's the whole point. We'd rather help ten communities each do their own thing than gatekeep one model. Someday we hope to build a connected network of chapters — we're just not there yet.
